Did you know:  Practically all tortoiseshell cats are females.  The likelihood of a male tortoiseshell cat is very rare and if one does occur it will be sterile.

Did you know:  One female cat can in just five years be responsible for 20,000 descendants.  Please have your female cats spayed.

Did you know: Un-neutered male cats are more likely to be involved in road accidents than neutered males as they wander around more looking for females.  Please have your male cats neutered.

Did you know.  Florence Nightingale owned more than sixty cats in her lifetime and often complained of mysterious stains on her paperwork.

Did you know:  Although most cats love milk, many cats find the lactose in milk difficult to digest.  This can lead to stomach upsets, particularly diarrhoea.  If you want to give your cat milk, please buy milk specially formulated for cats, available from most pet stores.

Did you know:  Guests at the Anderson House in Wabasha, Minnesota can request feline sleeping companions.  The hotel has twelve cats available as sleeping companions.  There is no extra charge for the service and the owner says they are all spoken for every weekend.
