Scunthorpe & District Cats Protection are always available to help educate the general public on the proper care of cats and kittens.  We are also more than happy to promote the work of Cats Protection in the area we cover.

If there are any schools, women's institutes or any clubs or organisations that would like us to come and give a talk on basic cat care, the role of Cats Protection and tell you how our particular Branch operates, please e-mail us with the subject line of your e-mail "Request for talk", or telephone 01724783555  We will then contact you with further details and make arrangements.

Schools visits would obviously take place during school time.  We can talk to one class or several classes in succession.  The talks can either be in the format that pupils are asked questions and encouraged to participate as we go along, or we can give the talk with a question and answer session at the end of each talk.  We particularly encourage schools to contact us as we feel that all pupils would benefit from one of our talks.

There is no charge for this service to any school or organisation that requests a visit.  The only thing we ask is to give us as much notice as possible when requesting a visit as we do have to fit it in around our regular jobs.
